RecommendedI have lived here for 8 years and think it's a terrific place to live. office staff are very friendly . Every year we have had a pool party and they try to do something for most of the holidays. I don't know of anywhere in Topeka that does anything like that for there tenants.I think it's a great place to live. You should come check us out .

I really enjoy living here Brenda makes really fun events. And has a nice neighborhood.
I like living here. Only issues I have is getting maintenance to get things done in a timely fashion
This is the best place to live. And Brenda takes care if her residents very well.
Have a nice pool...... Ladies in office are nice.
