For the protection of your Loved One... please for the Love of God don't take them here. One star because there is no zero. Stay the hell away from this place. They lied to us on intake and never contacted me for 3 days only on the day of my wife's release. I arrived for depressive and suicidal issues and left with a misdiagnosis and worse depression. I felt unsafe in this place. There was a lack of communication between me, my "therapist", and "social workers." I was jumped 3 times and called a faggot multiple times. This place made me too afraid to speak up about my problems because of a fear of getting sent back. lol lol lol Called for info on in patient care and got blown off by intake specialist . She couldn't tell me anything more than 'youll be here 5-6 days or until the Dr says you can leave' . She wasn't able to give info on costs or the program itself . Thanks for nothing

If you ever feel you can not deal with life or you feel depression seems to come more often than others come here and prepare to get slapped with a clear reality check. Dirty nasty place will make you relish your experience to never take life or your importance here on earth for granted. They do nothing to help instead they steal your dignity and spirit. My daughter had a bed promised to her twice here. The second tine they allowed us to drive an hour from Quail Run inpatient, only to tell us that she did not have a bed. My daughter is home now instead of a residential facility that everyone agreed she needed. I hold Oasis fully responsible for anything that happens in the next few weeks. They should be ashamed. Money is more important tban a 16 year olds life. How dare you?

The WORST place to go if you are truly wanting help. The doctors pretty much pass you in the hallway and call that a visit. It's almost impossible to see your social worker. The BHT's are so rude and outright refuse to help if you need it with the exception on one. I really needed help, I wanted help, and I left there feeling worse than when I went in. The food is almost not edible. The bathrooms are dirty. I am so so upset as I was in such distress going in and feel almost worse now. No one there cares about the patients. E... read more

I was trying to set up an appointment for a family member, but couldn't get the IOP coordinator to call me back. After a couple of days, someone told me that she was out sick and sent me to another person who was supposed to be able to set this up. That person didn't call me back either! Then no one at Intake or Reception would answer the phone. I am not going to trust a place with my family members' mental health when they can't even get their act together enough to answer a phone...

Very unprofessional staff. Under staffed. Patients getting naked in day room. Patients unsupervised. Patients being hurt by others!!

Coming from a previous "patient".... I would not send my child here. EVER. I was sent here involuntary when I got into some trouble after my father passed and my world ended. They told myself and my mother that is was a 90 day program, but it turned into 9 months. When I first went into intake I sat with the Shrink for 15 min and he determined I was Bi-Polar.
