i've tried calling them multiple times about my personal items they've misplaced. i keep getting hung up on. i was there monday night through thursday and they took my ankle bracelets from me because they thought i would use them to harm myself. when i was discharged they couldn't find them and told me to look in my shoes. the shoes that i wore in the ward. why would they take my stuff that they were so scared of and give them right back to me to put in my shoes? everytime i call them i get hung up on.

I'm still new to this oasis. But so far I'm displeased. I try to call my daughter but the phone rings off the hook with no answer. I leave messages,no response...why won't they let her call. ?

AVOID OASIS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH AT ALL COSTS!!!! I wish I had read the reviews prior to taking my daughter to this non- therapeutic hell hole! I'm an ER RN with nearly 20 years experience and have always had faith in our health care systems because I have never had reason to believe otherwise. My daughter called me on several occasions crying due to staff behavior and living conditions. She was yelled at and had a finger in her face because she asked for another blanket while standing in a hallway outside her room. The shower ... read more

Do not Do not send your child to Oasis. I'm speaking as a mother and a RN with 30 years of experience. Took one full week for someone to contact me after my child was admitted. 24 hours after intake is normal. I could not even speak to my child for seven days. Program states family therapy sessions via video conference (due to Covid 19) twice weekly never happened. Never received a called from a Dr to discuss care of my child. Social worker did not ever have correct information. Always had a problem with the nurses stat... read more

Having spent 2 days there, I can tell you that it's like a prison. It's a place where you think you're going for help, but you end up having more mental issues just from being there, than you did for going there. Do not go, it's a dirty place, and they don't really care about you, they care about keeping you long enough to make money.

I rate Oasis has one of the worst facilities to send your child or anyone you love. They have no compassion, their communication is completely disorganized from the top down. My son has been there for 3 months and has regressed instead of making progress. I cannot stress enough the incompetence of the staff the complete lack of organized communication and timely response to requests. This is somebody is more interested and making a buck and making a difference. Having read reviews it was not my first choice however thanks t... read more

I took my 12 yr old daughter here when she was suicidal, a danger to herself, and others. While she was there I tried to call her everyday. They kept telling me she was at dinner or in a therapy session and that they would have her call me when she returned. I never received a return phone call. One night I called 11 times and never got to talk to her. The communication was beyond horrible. I was given 3 different timeframes by 3 different staff members as to when I could call. None of them were correct. Even the paperwork t... read more

i was here when i was 13, first hospital i've gone too, unfortunately led me to many more and going back again today. years ago it was a good facility, my favorite techs were there. i'm 17 now, reading these reviews makes me sick because i've been in those situations so many times and it's frustrating and overwhelming. when you're told you're mentally okay but you're delayed on leaving. i don't know who's gonna see this, or who's gonna care but when i walk into that hospital again today and i get evaluated i'm gonna make it ... read more
