BEWARE. SCAM. This service is a SCAM. Do not give them authorization to deduct their fees EFT. they have therapist that do not show up. they do not provide the proper links for you appointment so when you miss the appointment they automatically charge you double. do not be a victim. I suffer from bad depression. they are treating me like it's my fault.
I wish there was a zero star choice. This place is a complete joke. Our family is going through a very rough time and my sister was placed for her own safety and it has turned into even more of a nightmare with no help. Do not send your child or family member here. "Holly" sends very rude and contradictory emails; One minute my sister is ready for discharge and then the next email is saying we are removing her AMA and threats of a DCS case. GARBAGE HOSPITAL! My boyfriend was having to hold hands with an old lady in there to keep her from strangling herself!!! he said there were fights every day & only two new staff members per unit if they were lucky! Patients are the ones having to step in & deal with things that the hospital CANT! If you have a child DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!! Was sent here right before 2020 I was there for 4 months honestly the showers were disgusting there is always wash cloths like they're usually from your roommate I have never seen anyone clean in there besides the patients a lot of crazy things happen girls try to escape the ceiling while I was there breaking windows there was a lot of fights that broke out and I had multiple things stolen in there the best food that was there was the sloppy Joe's those were my favorite if you didn't wake up on time you'd have to eat cold lu... read more
Please go elsewhere if you have a child in need. I brought my child here after she was going thru a rough patch in 2020. She'd lost several family members very close to each other. She needed extra help to get thru it. This place called CPS for neglect cause I didn't bring her in sooner. Well I didn't know I needed to at the time. My daughter is a teen and hide how she was feeling from me and other things. They also put stuff in the report that I "said" and it was not at all anything I'd ever say. But they said I said it. This is the worst place I've ever been to. They dropped me after two appointments because the medication wasn't working and they didn't want to actually have to try. I can't find a doctor now and I'm almost out of medication. I'm totally screwed here because this doctor literally said to not contact her again and they don't want to help me. Absurd. Absolutely do not go here under any circumstance.
the people were chill but will never go back. Staff was ok place was Hella dirty and doctors were the worse.
If you have a choice, DO NOT COME HERE! I was treated like I was stupid by the doctor and some of the therapists. A few people there were nice and caring, but not many. They give patients junk food to eat. For example, hot dogs one night, cheesy chili fries the next, loaded nachos the next. I lost my appetite being there. And they don't give nearly enough food. my daughter was sexually assaulted in front of staff, never got informed till my daughter beat the girl up an I only got told my daughter beat up the girl but did not state why she did it!! This incident is just now finally being reviewed by oasis risk manager. so I do appreciate that! I will update this review after I hear back from them on what the next steps is.
