If you have a choice, DO NOT COME HERE! I was treated like I was stupid by the doctor and some of the therapists. A few people there were nice and caring, but not many. They give patients junk food to eat. For example, hot dogs one night, cheesy chili fries the next, loaded nachos the next. I lost my appetite being there. And they don't give nearly enough food. They don't have a handle on the more dangerous/disruptive patients. More than one of the girls there were assaulted or nearly assaulted. It's not super clean either, ... read more

Theo acted like he cared. He did a great job at just that, acting. Asked me to relive the most horrific moments of my life and write them down to only then ask me to rewrite on penzu, said his schedule was going to change but not to worry, he would still see me twice a week for our sessions.... that was January 10th. Today is June 11th.. he has lead me on, lied and even after I explained I feel like he asked me to open all these boxes and not only open, but sort and go through, promising we would go through all these boxes t... read more

Oasis is a joke! Incompetent staff who know nothing about running a business or clinical. The only thing they are good at is passing the buck to someone else and not returning phone calls. This goes all the way the latter.

I was a patient here at Oasis and let me just say this place is more like a prison than a mental health facility. The doctor is not there when patients actually need it as he was not on site. The walls in the patient living areas were covered with graffiti going on about how the place was hell and was all negative. My unit had fights daily and even got to the point where another patient had their arm broken. During my stay I was told at one point that I would be discharged that day however found out later from another nurse ... read more

The intake staff are very helpful and caring. My daughter went in for anxiety and depression over covid19. She was not suicidal, but felt this was fastest way she could get into a treatment program in order to keep her job. They assured her she could leave at any time and would be able to continue with the outpatient program. Once she was in the facility, unlike the impression their website gives, there was no covid19 measures for patients only the staff, and no one is tested for covid increasing her anxiety. There was... read more

As a patient that went here for a full week, I'm encouraging you to stay away at all costs. Fights broke out in the facility on the daily as well as sexual harassment, rape accusations, death threats, and jumps. I was terrified the entire time. The staff treats you like children. I was left unheard and uninformed about anything the entire time. After getting out I've had to identify multiple triggers which sent me into panic attacks that reminded me of this place. Please reconsider sending a loved one here if you are in a... read more

They do not have a doctor on site. They coerced a loved one to sign papers when they were under distress and refused to let them leave until they see a doctor, which is not on site. There are 15 foot fences around the whole facility. My loved one did not receive any help and does not want to be there If this happens to you, there are several government agencies listed on the wall you can report them to. You can also ask for an AMA form (against medical advice) and they have to let you sign it and leave. This place is also f... read more
