Ocotillo Village Ocotillo Village occupies a prime lakeside location at the southwest corner of Alma School and Ocotillo roads. We have families from Ocotillo, Seville, Fox Crossing, Echelon and several other nearby neighborhoods who make the Village their community club. This Village location has a large kids’ club, resort & lap pool, and tennis courts for families to stay active together. It also has a wonderful café for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. As with all our locations, we offer members separate, spacious cardio an... read more

The place doesn't want new members - Rude on the phone, sales team is more like an "interrogation team" . You call them up about trying the place out for a 1 day trial - and the response you get is " what's your reasoning for coming in". A total joke - over inflated ego and they don't care about customer service, nor do they want new members. They are too cool here. Plenty of options to choose from in Chandler for 1/10th the cost. Leave it out. If they are that pathetic when they are attempting to get new clients, I can only... read more
Alright, so we are Lifetime Diamond Club transplants from the East coast. So, here are the pros and cons comparing to clubs that charge a comparable amount (we have been to many clubs in the USA): Pros: 1. Clean, gorgeous facility 2. Spa, nice staff 3. Pilates studio (though costs extra, like most places) 4. Tennis 5. Basketball 6. Racquetball/Squash 7. Steam and Sauna, showers 8. Barre classes 9. Spin 10. Chiropractor is very nice and good at what he does 11. Member nights are a fun addition Cons (which were very important ... read more
For those perhaps inquiring, I'll save you some time. Ocotillo Village Health Club does not have Pickleball courts nor do they have plans on having any Pickleball courts in the future. This is a shame as I know so many people that have switched from Tennis to Pickleball over the years. The Gilbert courts on any given weekday have btwn 80 and 110 Pickleball players. The new Ocotillo Picklbeball courts are full Monday thru Friday. The Village would benefit tremendously if they opened up Pickleball as an option for their custom... read more
Have been a member for over 6 years...did not appreciate member services during covid period. Was not ready to come back to gym wearing a mask. I work out to improve health...not further risk it. Was told that i "needed a doctors note" to keep my membership on freeze without paying a monthly freeze fee of $50. really?
It's always a beautiful day here. That is, everything is gorgeous all the time at Ocotillo Village in Chandler, AZ. The buildings, the workout rooms, the cafe, the swimming pool, the people, and the tennis courts - ooh la la. It's all so pretty. No...pristine, manicured, perfect. The seven tennis courts are easily the most appealing clean I have witnessed in any part of the Valley in years. And, the tennis staff featuring my besties tennis director Josh Bates, head professional Ryan Sawyer, and international tennis legend Br... read more
Pricey membership, but worth every penny. The classes are better than some one on one training at other gyms. Equipment is never too crowded, staff is always friendly, and the amenities can't be beat!
It's a lovely facility - at first glance - with adequate/meh staff, and it's incredibly overpriced for what is offered. When you first visit, the place looks amazing: lots of space and light, very clean, with a "luxury" sort of feel, with lemon water, lemon towels for yoga, and free coffee all the time. But as you get accustomed to the place, it's not so perfect after all. The small 2-lane running track is above the basketball courts and open-air to it, and the noise is deafening and irritating. Kudos for having a track! - b... read more
I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and it has been great. I wasn't using the gym as much as I should be so I decided to cancel my membership. I figured the easiest most efficient way would be to go in and cancel. So I go in sit with Kevin and cancel he explains it won't cancel immediately it's a 30 day "notice" if you will and I'll have till the end of March if I still want to use that facility I'm able to. So I see another charge on my account for another month and I'm confused why I'm being charged again ... read more
I love the the Village and wish I could spend 4 hours a day there! -darn work ;) When they opened, I was concerned about the pricing, but as it turns out I couldn't walk away from it now. I'm stronger, leaner more flexible and I have met so many neighbors I would have not normally met. The instructors always help if you are new to a class or activity. The variety of classes and instructors are perfect for me. If you want to improve your health- don't think twice about joining. The hours are also fantastic- I have gone before... read more
