One of the best gym I have ever been..clean..free complimentary.i got guests pass from my sister. Lots of hi tech equipment. Clean and professional staff.
Very expensive but is above and beyond any gym in Phoenix including lifetime fitness in my opinion. I do not like the crowd in most gyms. I never hear anyone cursing or being loud or obnoxious like I do at other gyms. The staff is awesome. If you're looking to join ask for Chase or Sterling. I've dealt with both of those guys and they were very helpful and accommodating. The place is amazing from the pool to the cafe to the classes and a very clean locker room and steam room. Update: Please review response by Ocotillo to my Better Business Bureau complaint - which accuses me of putting myself in a dangerous situation by stretching in the weight area. How do you know I was stretching - do you have camera footage to show this? For your information - I was lifting weights in the weight area - an area designated for this purpose - The former Village member, Michelle Kuamoo, making this claim has not fully disclosed the entire story. Wow. This club operates on a different level. Every staff member I encountered greeted me and was friendly. Even just walking by the towel desk. I had my first experience at a Village Spa and this was spectacular. The masseuse McKenna was amazing. The spa desk was so friendly and it was HUGE that I could charge tip to my account. Just joined Ocotillo Village about a week ago, so this review is based off my family's first week at the gym. What made us decide to join was the kids club, if you're a mom or family the kids club is pretty top notch. Another reason I decided to join this gym was the class schedule, they offer yoga, hot yoga, spin, barre and other variations of workout classes. Due to the many questions received I thought the best way to answer your messages was to do an update Membership for a couple is $247+ tax per month *Kids rule the place and employees are too afraid to ask cooperation from arrogant parents. *No additional barre or zumba classes added. Schedule show no major changes same as last year. * Yes I received a walk through of the weight training not that impressed with equipment or set up. *facilities show wear and tear now but the place still makes for a nice retreat. This is by far my favorite health club. Very professional and excellent customer service. They have a bunch of activities for my kids and adults. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new gym!
This club should be rated the five stars it is. Rick the fitness manager is open to suggestions and truly cares about you. In fact, all the staff show much love and care. All the classes i take are so on point! Faye, Terri , Lionel and Ana are a few of my favorites. Go see my buddy Chase to join up. Its a complete transformation in my life and i have so much gratitude to be apart of this wonderful environment.
My review is only of the spa and cafe as I have yet to try the entire club but will be soon! The spa is fantastic! Everyone who works there is really nice and they create a welcoming environment from the moment you walk in. Anytime you visit the spa you receive complimentary services to use the club for the day and they have EVERYTHING! The cafe is also really good.
