Disappointed with my experience so far. I do not like to write disparaging reviews, but I don't have time to continue politely tapping shoulders up a management chain. My family just joined. We bought the unlimited package for my son. This includes daycare costs. My son's first day at the daycare, we learned that he hadn't been entered into the system properly, and we were charged for his first three hours which were supposed to be complimentary under the plan. I've had a great experience while joining this club it's truly a step above any other workout facility in the valley. There's so many activities and classes available, the staff is super friendly and the club is very clean. They truly cater to your every need I highly recommend it.

Overall this was what our family was looking for. The gym is clean, well maintained. Classes are fun and instructors are great. The kids are happy in Kids Club and I'm comfortable they are well taken care of in a clean, fun place. Still have not been able to attend a Social Event, but as long as childcare is avail, I look forward to going with my husband.

I am loving the hot yoga classes here! This is a great health club. It's never overcrowded, the facilities are impeccably maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's a great place to hang out and get healthy. They've got a really nice cafe that even has vegan options. They also host some member events. There was some kind of candlelight dinner around Valentines Day. I haven't had a chance to check these types of things out yet so there's more left to discover! Aside from the hefty price it comes with, this gym is great! You're always greeted by friendly(sometimes not too friendly) front desk people. The gym is constantly being cleaned, weights/TRX equipments always put to their places. The classes are not over crowded like other gyms. You get what you pay for with this gym.

Wanted a membership intro and was told the membership person was not available and was not offered, a seat water, a brochure or encouraged to wait. The person at the front desk (an older person) was not friendly, actually rude and not at all cordial. After reading the negative reviews here, I understand how important it is to read all the views. I won't go back.

The Village is a very nice, high end health club with great amenities, I went with a friend to check it out last week and while we were working out there was a large group of boys, I think they were baseball kids from the area high school, Hamilton, I believe, who were behaving obnoxiously in the gym. Many of them were loud, making rude comments, using bad language, and generally making it a very uncomfortable environment to try to work out in. Unbelievable staff, great facility, comfort, charm and an engaging schedule of activities. You pay well to get that level of service and schedule but if you want quality this is where you will get it.

Thumbs down for this club. Last Sunday I spoke with Nick regarding my canceled membership. He was going to check it out and get back to me. By Tuesday still had not been called so I called him. Excuse I received was the accounting girl had not gotten to it yet. Thursday today and still no call. So funny a upscale gym does not have anyone in accounting to check something very simple out. This is the type run around you get from them. Also, found that Nick was extremely rude and maybe management needs to look at this person.
