Thumbs down for this club. Last Sunday I spoke with Nick regarding my canceled membership. He was going to check it out and get back to me. By Tuesday still had not been called so I called him. Excuse I received was the accounting girl had not gotten to it yet. Thursday today and still no call. So funny a upscale gym does not have anyone in accounting to check something very simple out. This is the type run around you get from them. Also, found that Nick was extremely rude and maybe management needs to look at this person.

Love this place. The staff is great and super friendly. The facility is state of the art and always clean. I do wish that their weight room had a little more equipment but they offer more than enough to get in a great work out. My significant other and I are very happy with The Village and would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area.

What an amazing facility. You certainly get what you pay for here. I've read a few reviews complaining about price... well, if you want a cheap gym go somewhere else!! I for one, want an all inclusive club. And I get it here. I can work out in a clean, well maintained facility that offered literally everything I could need while *trying* to be active. Best health club for Yoga. Super friendly, clean, and comfortable.
Was just visiting the club from Chicago and loved it! Positive atmosphere and extremely clean. Friendly staff! Amazing hot yoga instructor, Adrienne was her name!
The Spa is incredible! I am not a member (yet) but I had the good fortune of enjoying a facial at the spa at the Village in Ocotillo. My skin is super sensitive and breaks out so easy. Candice Curtiss took her time to really look at my skin, know my needs and what my body is doing, she blended up the most amazing fruit cocktail for my face (at least that is what it smelled like) and my skin has been blemish free and glowing, and seriously seems to be getting better. We joined the Village months before it even opened, so excited for a nice club around the corner from our house. Yes, I am aware of the cost difference, but this place is not just a "gym". I was a member of Mountainside Fitness for many years and really had no complaints. But this place is a whole different experience. The classes are awesome. Booked 3 pedis in the gorgeous spa. Reception was to set the tone of our visit! Warm, sincere welcome with an offer of beverages immediately. It is clean, the pedicures were relaxing and professional. Highlight is the 0 gravity spa chairs! Highly recommend and will be back.
I am so glad that we found the Village Health Club! We are out of town on vacation and needed a nice club with a track. What we found is SO MUCH MORE! You will find anything you need at this health club. I have been working out for the past 18 years, and I can tell you that this is one of the best clubs that I have ever seen!
