The Customer Service was great. Quick turn around for responses. Most important my basement is still dry and I haven’t had any problems since the initial service 20+ years ago.
It has been over 20 years since Ohio State Waterproofing solved my basement water problem and there has been no issues since they did the work. Great job that continues to hold up.

I bought a home that the previous owner had Ohio State Waterproofing- I’ll never forget walking into the basement for the first time and being amazed at how dry and odor free it was! We simply renew the warranty yearly for a very small cost- WELL WORTH IT for the peace of mind it provides!

My Mom and I (she has since passed) had our basement done about 3 years ago. Since we have had it done our basement has been dry. We had one little problem at one point where water came in because one of the corners was not a tight fix. After we called they came out and fixed it right away. I had my basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing many years ago. I haven't had any water problems since. I pay for the warranty every year. One year the sump pump needed to be replaced and they came out and replaced it at no charge. I recommend Ohio State Waterproofing to anyone who needs their services.
I have my basement done years ago! It has been so great! After years the pump stopped working and they came right out with a new pump! They have been great to work with!
