The team was timely and professional. They showed up at 7:40 as scheduled. The ******, ***** was clear, concise and considerate in explanations. He made sure that each step of the work and of the documentation was explained. I could not be more pleased with the work or level of professionalism! The crew worked super hard! It was the coldest day of the year !!! I will be recommending Ohio State Waterproofing!!!
