I am ******* dad and dealt with ***** and ****** most of the 4 days. Both excelled at keeping me informed and answering my many questions as I am inquisitive. All work was done well and both were committed to doing the work right.

The gentleman that waterproofed my basement told me once I moved my belongings back they would seal anything underneath. They came out all sealed them very promptly. I was very satisfied with the customer service.
I was having issues with my battery. ****** came out and we figured out my power was connected to a light switch. Im glad he came out because 2 sets eyes are better than 1 and we got it figured out.
