At the beginning of April, our basement took on water. We had several companies come out to give us quotes- and we were told what they were going to do, instead of asking us what we want. **** with Ohio State came out and walked us through the whole thing- pointing out foundation issues that no one else did. He then gave us 3 different plans at 3 different price points. Not only did we feel more educated about the state of our house, it felt like we actually had a say on what was happening.
