Excellent service, just took my girlfriends car here for a simple oil change. 5 stars well deserved. Very cool guys working there. I love the no pressure sales approach where it's okay to say no to certain recommendations. They keep you informed on everything they are doing and show you. Thank you! Will be taking our cars here from now on
This is my second time here in a week...I will have all my cars done only here!!! The staff is amazing!! Jose, Jonathan, and Anthony all went beyond the call of duty !! They check everything on the car! I've never seen anything like it!! Fill fluids that are low !! This is the perfect place for anyone busy that has limited time to deal with these chores!!! I could not recommend this place enough!!!!!

Price is high but services by Collin and Ed (I think was his name) were amazing. A 33- point oil inspection included complimentary services that I have never been offered by other competitors (Valvoline). This was a three stall business. This particular location was quiet on a Saturday morning. Complimentary beverage was offered at drive up, main windows were cleaned, tire pressure set according to manufacturer recommendations, spray lubrication gel on ALL door hinges. Wow! Honestly one of the best experiences I've had in a long time for services. Fast and reliable. They offer what is needed but don't make you feel pressured to get it. Highly recommend.
More expensive than places where you leave your car for an hour or two, but the level and speed of service is great. They gave me all the recommended additional fluid change information, but no pressure when I declined. Also, its kind of fun sitting in the car, interacting with the staff and watching the work being done.
I always take my cars here at oil stop Norwalk so far everything was great. I will highly recommend to others. Thank you!.
From the moment I arrived I was treated with respect. All of my questions answered throughly. Quick, efficient, and quiet pleasant for an oil stop. Honestly everyone went above and beyond. There were 4 gentleman who deserve an award for kindness and and efficiency Edwin, Colin, Anthony, and Jose thank you for not only doing your job great but being kind and gentle.
It was a little pricey even with the Yelp coupon, but the service was fast (I was in and out in about 15 mins) and the staff were friendly and professional. They were good about not pressuring you to buy all their add-on services, which I appreciate! The manager, Colin, and Asst Mgr, Edwin, were out and about, helping with the services and interacting with customers. They even gave me a cold drink! I'd go back for service again.
