This place is absolutely amazing! They will come out and greet you before you even turn off your car. They're extremely professional, courteous and polite. Their military-like style of communication between coworkers is very impressive. They even offer a complementary drinks while you are sitting in your car during the service. Yes, they do try and upsell you with additives along the way but it's not high pressure and we always politely decline. I still highly recommend.
I went in for an oil change on a whim, since my car was a bit overdue for one. I found the place on yelp and it had quite high reviews (plus a coupon!) so I decided to go with this one. The guys were very thorough with my oil change and fluid checks, and explained everything that needed attention along the way. This was the best customer service I have ever had when getting my oil changed. They offered all the extras, but we're not pushy at all. So fast, kind, and polite!
They seem to do a decent job but they will try to sell you on everything. They came up to me at least 5 times to sell some other service. Also, it's pretty expensive. Not coming back.
Been going to Oilstop for years! (Not this particular location, but in general.) The convenience of staying in your vehicle, listening to the radio, reading, using their free WiFi to get work done while they work on your car is the way to go. They greet you and offer a complimentary beverage as soon as you drive into the spot they direct you to. Customer service is amazing! I got Jose and he was phenomenal; very polite and courteous. I also spoke over the phone with Edwin and he was very helpful when answering all of my questions. They also offered to check my AC nozzle even though it's not a service that they provide. Anthony was responsible for the main oil change and was very informative when explaining the different potential services that I could get done today. They also wiped down my windows. Very professional place!
These guys are great. Honest, hard working and very entertaining. You will see what I mean when you go in. Thanks again guys for another job well done.
Great place. Easy quick service and top quality products. Was in and out quicker than other spots I have been to and they checked everything on my truck better than a dealership would!!!
