This place was great!!!! Service was awesome!!!!! David,Francisco and Edwin customer service was outstanding!!!! First time here and now will be my permanent place for oil changes!!! Only if these three guys r there
They relaxed their medium-hard sell, which is what was keeping me from giving 5 stars before. So now this is by far my favorite place for oil changes. Most oil changes are a ripoff but I've never had a bad experience at this place.
Very fast and efficient service entire service team were courteous and performed their duties well. They kept me informed of the progress on my vehicle. Will be back again
Love this place. The service is always excellent and friendly. They tell you everything they're doing and answer questions professionally, even the "silly questions" :) It's also a drive thru servicer so it's super convenient too!
There is no substitute for excellent service. I miss the guys who are all casualties of new management/corporate. I sat there for 30 minutes in the bay watching 2 guys work on 2 cars and 3 cars behind me and the other 2 in the bays. I went got out of my car and went to the office to ask where my guy Juan was and he's no longer there. All the old team is gone. There were 3 guys basically not doing anything while 2 guys hustled. They lost 4 customers in the span of 30 minutes because we just left. Shame.
Amazing service and super friendly staff! I came in for a quick oil change, they told me there was an issue with my oil drainage, very nicely and clearly explained the issue and helped me come up with a cheap solution
Great place! Quick and easy! Been coming here for years and they are always so kind and courteous. Tell you everything as they go, give you the information and let you mAke an informed decision! No guilt if you say no to their recommendations. Well oiled machine If you will! Top notch
Great service. Super easy, just drove up, stayed in the car and they take care of everything. Very professional and courteous and the place is spotless. Definitely my only choice for an oil change in the South Bay.
First of all, service coordinator Juan was fantastic! Greeted me by my name and kept me informed about everything. Oilstop has been my go to place for oil changes especially since I prefer to wait in the vehicle. Up until the time I had to pay, everything was great. I indicated prior to the service I had a competitor coupon but when I presented it to the manager he asked if I realized I was at Oilstop NOT Jiffy Lube.
