I came in recently to get my oil changed and impressed with the speed and efficiency of the team as they got ready to work. The lady that helped me was friendly and had great customer service, and offered a complimentary drink while I waited in my car. Unfortunately I was unable to get a change there because my car used a unique oil, only carried by the dealership. Visited here multiple times, consistently the staff is extremely professional, polite and respectful. They recommend plenty of services for your vehicle to keep it running in top shape, but never pressured to purchase any additional services. I highly recommend oil stop their prices are worth the services you receive from beginning to end & all in the comfort of seating in your car while it's being worked on. Great customer service! Fidel and Skyla were awesome, giving explanations on all services. They didn't make me feel pressured to add any services. They were very courteous and efficient. I'll definitely be returning for future services!
Great location. You just pull up your car and they escort you into one of there aisles. They change your oil and any additional things that need to be addressed for your car. It takes roughly 30 minutes to get everything done. Definitely beats doing it yourself. Highly recommended
Excellent service, just took my girlfriends car here for a simple oil change. 5 stars well deserved. Very cool guys working there. I love the no pressure sales approach where it's okay to say no to certain recommendations. They keep you informed on everything they are doing and show you. Thank you! This is my second time here in a week...I will have all my cars done only here!!! The staff is amazing!! Jose, Jonathan, and Anthony all went beyond the call of duty !! They check everything on the car! I've never seen anything like it!! Fill fluids that are low !! This is the perfect place for anyone busy that has limited time to deal with these chores!!! I could not recommend this place enough!!!!!
