Normally we have a good experience at oil stop but we went in today and waited an hour because one of the workers directed us towards a lane in which the car front of us was doing the whole shabang. Understandably bad luck, but 3 cars that came AFTER us went through and did their oil change. All we wanted was a top off. They could have communicated to us to move to another lane if they knew the car in front of us was doing a lot of work. I'm leaving this bad review here until the owner or manager responds. Good if you just need an oil change and maintenance. A bit salesy with all the other services.
Ridiculously convenient. I stopped by to take care of my parents' vehicles (son duties call when visiting) and ended up about $70 for an oil change per vehicle (you'll probably pay more for an Audi or other vehicles with pricier requirements). Yes, it's not a $29 oil change at your dealership, but what you're paying for is convenience and the time you have to yourself after a quick 30 minute oil change. Came here on a Friday afternoon just before closing time. They took me in no problem. Got an oil change and transmission fluid changed. The team had a great attitude and really friendly. Will come back for my future oil changes.
