Ridiculously convenient. I stopped by to take care of my parents' vehicles (son duties call when visiting) and ended up about $70 for an oil change per vehicle (you'll probably pay more for an Audi or other vehicles with pricier requirements). Yes, it's not a $29 oil change at your dealership, but what you're paying for is convenience and the time you have to yourself after a quick 30 minute oil change. Came here on a Friday afternoon just before closing time. They took me in no problem. Got an oil change and transmission fluid changed. The team had a great attitude and really friendly. Will come back for my future oil changes.
I pulled up to the drive thru station with my High Pro Master Cargo Van that barely fit. Technician Davey offer me a free water or beverage which was cool. Sat in the vehicle while they service the van..Jaime Kept me informed through the whole process. I came in recently to get my oil changed and impressed with the speed and efficiency of the team as they got ready to work. The lady that helped me was friendly and had great customer service, and offered a complimentary drink while I waited in my car. Unfortunately I was unable to get a change there because my car used a unique oil, only carried by the dealership. Visited here multiple times, consistently the staff is extremely professional, polite and respectful. They recommend plenty of services for your vehicle to keep it running in top shape, but never pressured to purchase any additional services.
