Came in for an oil change on my old Honda Pilot, and they had me in and out in about 25 minutes. Got a synthetic blend put in after flushing out the old stuff, along with a new oil filter and air filter. The guys working on my vehicle were friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy. I appreciated that. The service, along with the oil, flush, and the filters came out to about $130. A fair price these days. First time customer here at the Costa Mesa Bristol shop. Was greeted by two very polite employees, Leo and Lorenzo. Lorenzo answered all my questions and explained their protocol. Leo did my oil change and did a great job. They were professional, efficient and expedient. I was on my way in about 20-ish minutes. Thank you so much, very impressive! You have a well oiled machine, pardon the pun!

Called ahead to see if they carried the oil I was looking for. Agent who answered was very knowledgeable and I was excited to stop by after work. Price was great and service was beyond attentive to all my needs. A simple oil change felt like I was at a NASCAR pit stop. The crew introduces themselves and speaks with clear tone and description. I've been going here for many years. All employees are very knowledgeable, super nice and they never pressure you into doing anything you don't need. The manager is awesome and free drink is always great. I can't say enough good things about this business.

Honestly the best place I've been to as a girl, to get an oil change!!!! The staff were very very respectful and kind. They did not try to up sell me at all. The oil change was super fast and they offer beverages while you wait in your car. This is going to be my go to spot for oil changes!!!

Andres, Leo and Adrian are the dream team. Very kind, informative and so funny! Even though those 3 helped me out, it looks like all the employees in general are on top of their game and really enjoy working here which makes you feel comfortable with them working in your car. Thanks for getting my car in top shape and thanks for the complimentary berveagewhile I waited. Will come back and highly recommend this place!

Service was 100/10!!! VERY professional and kind men. They offered me a complimentary coffee and checked everything on my vehicle. They were very thorough which was refreshing after going to oil changers for so long. The price is pretty average for an oil change. Thank you guys:)

Never thought you could find such kindness at an oil change place. Very grateful for Mike and his team ordering the correct oil filter for my car so it was there when I arrived. Have a family emergency out of town and couldn't get into where I have always taken my car and they recommended oil stop, and I'm so glad they did. Thank you again!!!!!!
