I have been coming to this place for over 6 years lately not happy with their service They are like salesman trying to sell you things you do not need on your car its very frustrating i will never Go back period
Needed an oil change and didn't feel like waiting for over 2 hours at my dealership. These guys are fantastic. Shout out to Andres and Gabriel! They were professional, efficient and very helpful when I had any questions. The service they provided made for a pleasant and fun experience from start to finish. Free carwash that can be redeemed within 30 days a plus. Thank you guys!!!
Hard to find great service and price together like this these days! Tony and the crew -- Awesome job! Quick in and out, these guys are efficient - like a well oiled (bun intended) machine!
I went for an oil change and the service was amazing. They offered me a beverage while I waited in the car. All the mechanics had such great energy and were such big helps. There were two men that mainly helped me today, I think both of them were named Anthony or Tony but i'm not too sure. They even cleaned my windshield for me and lubed my car doors. They walked me through the whole process and let me know if my car needed anything. I would highly recommend this place if ur looking for a quick oil change!
Been coming to this location for a while and they're always great. I was in here the other day and they were a little backed up. I waited for maybe about 30-35 minutes to get up to the technician, but there were a lot more cars than usual that day. One thing that stands out about oilstop is they're always super professional, courteous and respectful and that goes a long way for me. Thank you so much . I've been through a lot with my now ex- mechanic . My bad instrument cluster was replaced with a different bad one so I didn't get warning . Rolling in with 1.5 quarts of oil and a very stuck oil filter though it was all supposedly changed 2 months ago I was upset but no longer surprised. . You guys did great and didn't give up on that filter . Thanks for letting me know about the leaky gasket though I was told no leaks too. I own a turbo VW that takes Mobil 1 full synthetic, something normally only found within the VW dealer . This place not only carries the correct OEM oil, but their service is unmatched . From the time you arrive, to the time you depart, the crew is friendly , informative and not trying to sell you unneeded services . Today I enjoyed of Starbucks coffee while I waited (20m start to finish) . Places like this can't go away! I don't want to sit at the dealer for 1-3hr just to hear the service manager sell me 3 unneeded services... read more
Services was quick and easy; I got to stay in my car the whole time. They also, didn't push services on you, but they shared all the checkpoints of my car so that I was aware of the status and would be able decide on whether I needed the service or not.
