Came here for an oil change and it was my first time. I was able to pull right in and be helped immediately. German was very helpful (as was the whole team). They checked everything and gave recommendations but I didn't feel pressured to purchase any extra services. This is important, especially as a woman, because so many places will take advantage of your knowledge or lack there of. I was in and out within maybe 40 minutes or so. I've been coming here for years.. folks are always cheerful and offer a beverage whilst they go about the business of keeping our Jeep and Honda in good order. Jonathan Borland is the Manager at this location and on May 7th. 2025 during a drive from the desert I had an transmission overheated light illuminating and I took the 2006 Jeep Cherokee to this OilStop in Costa Mesa (where they had several months earlier completed the transmission service) I had resolved the overheating alarm issue by resetting the CPU but to be su... read more

My new favorite oil change/service spot. They even had fuel filters in stock for my 2024 diesel truck!! Loved that I never had to get out of my truck, Extremely courteous, friendly staff, brought a complementary drink to me while i sat in my truck, very transparent pricing, i would definitely recommend to my family. No i wasn't compensated for my review, lol.
Gabriel took care of me for my visit. He was super professional, made sure my questions were answered, offered me a complementary beverage while I waited.
