This was my first time with Oilstop. In the past, I use my friend's Rover shop for oil changes when in for service, but haven't needed much in the way of svc this past year and I was do for oil changes on a couple Land Rovers. Based on the reviews, I was looking forward to getting my oil change here. But I was really annoyed by the service guy trying to sell me different service options when all I needed was an oil change. While I was here, I was talking to my male friend and he could hear the service guy trying to sell their services and he was really upset but was proud of me that I kept telling the service guy that I was on a tight budget and didn't want any of the services. These guys are the best. Quick, friendly, and know what they are talking about. They offer you add ons and upgrades based on their recommendations , but put absolutely no pressure on you to purchase anything extra. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change.
THIS WAS SHARED DIRECTLY WITH Oilstop Corp: My Mom and I came for a oil change service on 3/12 we ended up being there for an hour and forty minutes. I think a number of guys went on lunch break at the same time we showed up at 12:15. We sat for 35 minutes without anything being done to our car while in the service stall. so i came on a saturday. huge mistake. i only see like 3 workers and like 13+ cars. so im sitting here for like 2 hours waiting in line. roasting and inhaling lovely smelling fumes. ive never been here now i know why. the workers like are yelling and shouting at each other. i dont think ill be back. slow workers. although even tho u have to wait 2 hours it seems cheaper than going to jiffy lube. giving me a soda isnt gonna solve anything. how long does an oil change take? dont come here if your in a hurry.

Hello, we strive to provide an efficient service. There are team members underneath the bays servicing vehicles as well. Our service typically takes 20-25 minutes per vehicle, so 2 hours seems like it would be accurate for 13 vehicles.
I was long overdue for an oil change, and I got a coupon in the mail for this place. I can't recommend this place enough! The staff is so nice and friendly. Lachlan helped me out and he let me know I had a few other things that needed fixing without pressuring me or upselling me. I felt very safe for a young woman who knows nothing about cars. This will definitely be my oil change spot!

This place is awesome !!! Top notch service and great price. They really go above and beyond. Clean your windows and serve you complimentary beverages. They even give you a coupon for a free car wash too !!! Highly recommend this place.
I have some car knowledge. I can do minor repairs but I'm really lazy. Really lazy. It's not hard to do an oil change but what is hard is finding a reliable place. I've been to Walmart, Jiffy Lube and some other shady places in the past. You can't rely on these places. It's hit or miss. Some have forgot to put the oil cap back on. Some didn't even change the filter. Some didn't even put enough oil in. But Oilstop never forgets these things. I know they do things correctly.
