The team was enthusiastic and efficient. I appreciated options being explained clearly to me. I was served a cold drink and was entertained with the team's active and vocal system of servicing my car.
I CANNOT recommend this place enough. The service is unbeatable. They tell you all the add ons with all the prices, give you a complimentary beverage, fill your tires and lubricant you doors and hinges for free, and give you a little sticker to put on your windshield for when your next oil change is due (which is crucial for those of us who forget the last time we've had our oil changed). This is more like selling products than oil change. I came to change my oil only and the guy selling me many products.
Leo and Rhonny were beyond professional, having informed me of all I needed to know about my car's maintenance while offering solutions. Can't thank them enough for having my car feeling great afterwards.
The service here was incredible. They checked my fluids and recommended just what I needed. I did not feel pressured. They washed my windows and gave me a free bottle of water. I recommend coming here to get your oil change
Most places these day's harlve lost their sence of value. I was a long tine Jiffy Lube client untill today. I went by this place and they offered me water and checked up on me and complementing my car and stuff. Sometimes it's the little things that go a long way. Team work makes the dream work
This place is great and very friendly! They help you with any questions and keep you informed the whole way. You don't feel pressured into buying anything. Cool crew they have running the place.
Excellent customer service. Ask for Gabriel. He is very nice and professional. Offered some small add-on items but there was zero pressure to purchase these extras since they do not work on commissions. The staff all have great attitudes and seem to actually enjoy working here. The shop is very clean and the prices are great.
After showing up SUNDAY morning (oops! My bad! and ...leaving a negative review), I came back Monday @ 11:30a. Ron, Anthony, Anthony (#2) and the whole team took excellent care of me and my van. Topside & Underside teams worked well together; their banter and work-speak is quite a show! The 33-pt Inspection was great, with fluids topped-off & all hinges lubricated.
