This was literally the BEST service I've ever received probably anywhere, much less a quick oil change service! All the mechanics spoke English fluently, were super-friendly and articulate, explained every single option that I might need and why, and the whole time worked happily yelling orders and charges and humor to each other to help get the job done which amused all of us customers. I drive the distance from south Orange County to come to this oil change location. After some damage to my car from a competitor I needed to find a place that I could trust with my car. Their fast, Efficient, and most importantly reliable. They always have coupons, offer you a beverage and clean windows, lube door jams. I'm not the biggest fan of their constant yapping of unrelated stuff but, if they need it to keep moral up I'll ignore it. I just want to say that oil stopped in Costa Mesa has been by far the best place I have ever gone to everybody. There is so friendly so helpful and so professional. They are constantly communicating with you on what they're doing and it's very quick and affordable. if you're looking for a place to get oil change, I highly recommend coming to stop drive-through in Costa Mesa. Thank you so much to the amazing staff Ronny and Andres and everyone else. My car runs great.
They were super quick and helpful. Loved that they offer a free drink while you wait. Prices were reasonable, and they didn't push too much when offering other services. As a woman, it's always nerve racking taking my car in somewhere and I felt comfortable, respected, and not like they were trying to con me (which I've had other places try to do...). I will 100% be back!
Most entertaining OIL CHANGE Ive experienced. The crew are professional, courteous, and very friendly. Though they may try and upsell you, that is their job and it's part of their service. I just really enjoyed listening to them all banter back- and-forth. Great price for the service, even a free car wash. I'll take it!
These guys were amazing! Had me cracking up my whole visit. Best customer service didn't force anything on me which was nice. The value and service I received is definitely why I'm coming back!
love getting my oil changed here! it's the only place i go too to get that service done. i love that i don't have to step a foot out the door and all the mechanics are friendly and warm. they even offer you a free beverage as you are waiting to get your oil changed! whole process takes around 30 minutes. yes they do try to upsell with different services, but a simple no is all that's needed and they politely move forward! no hassle with that so don't let the other bad reviews deter you from coming here concerning that issue.... read more
This was my first time with Oilstop. In the past, I use my friend's Rover shop for oil changes when in for service, but haven't needed much in the way of svc this past year and I was do for oil changes on a couple Land Rovers. What can I say - havent had a "cool" experience for an oil change before? Lol. Def bringing the other truck here when due. Very detailed, very professional, very effecient. Based on the reviews, I was looking forward to getting my oil change here. But I was really annoyed by the service guy trying to sell me different service options when all I needed was an oil change. While I was here, I was talking to my male friend and he could hear the service guy trying to sell their services and he was really upset but was proud of me that I kept telling the service guy that I was on a tight budget and didn't want any of the services.
