This place is fantastic! I've been going to the dealership for oil changes for years and should have come here a long time ago. Communication right out of the gate was great. They really do care about providing good service and quality. They explained everything throughout the process, gave good recommendations and weren't pushy or aggressive. Now my car is running very smoothly and this would have taken double or triple the time at the dealer. I encourage you to try them out as they have definitely earned my business!

Im new in town and have always been super cautious to where I take my cars. Anthony Cortes was beyond professional and extremely educated when it came down to what I needed and when. He had sooo many oportunites to lie to me just to increase his sale, but he didn't. Im looking forward to coming back to this specific location, along with all my peers and working with Anthony Cortes directly!

They are friendly and professional. My only comments was I paid $125.99 Mobile 1 service, but that didn't include the cost of the oil! I got charged close to another $60.00, just for the oil!!! And I drive a Smart car, so it only took 3.1 quarts of oil. Very misleading, and of course you don't find this out up front. You get slammed at the end when you are paying the bill. My suggestion to anyone, is to go some place else, where you can get the honest cost of the oil change upfront before you get your car serviced.

We've had a great experience here every time. Great value for a consistently quality experience. Mom got to sleep in this morning so Dad and kids went to get some fresh oil. Mr. Anthony was super friendly and hooked up the kids with some juice boxes while we waited. My son had lots of questions about all the activity. Fun was had by all.

Came in to get my oil changed and Leo helped me out!! So professional, and not pushing me to buy stuff. Other places push you to buy things you don't need and then you leave spending 1,000s! This is the place I take my car and will always take my car here knowing these guys take care of me and very friendly! So thank you again Leo! And jonny the manger is awesome as well! Definitely recommend this place in Costa Mesa

This place has been a staple for our family. We have bought a few cars over the years and whenever we need an oil change, this is our go to. We know it will be done right. Service is up to par and they do not push you to purchase anything extra but they do offer a lot of options. The complimentary beverage is a nice touch. Thank you for the chilled Dr. Pepper btw. So I found Oilstop Drive Thru Oil Change on Yelp after reading and weeding out all the bad reviews. This business has earned MY business from their "WHITE GLOVE SERVICE" and no that's noting I found on Yelp or in their store, I titled it that because that's EXACTLY what this business offers!! They have the best service. First time here just moved into the area and Tony and this whole team were amazing. I'm used to going to a dealer and waiting around all day lol. This is insane.
