Second time here and they are fantastic. As a woman I feel confident going here because they don't over charge/ push products that you don't need. They are upfront about cost and reasoning for every suggested service. I drive a Subaru and they always let me know what Subaru recommends (oil and tire pressure). I recently was hit from behind so I let them know and they were able to complete a multi point inspection for me which they let me know was complimentary. My car needed an oil change before I went on a road trip, and I searched for places in Yelp. As a woman, I have most often felt that any places that are vehicle repair related take advantage of me, and have had that experience several times. When I read about Oilstop and their no-pressure sales, I was in! Drove about 20 minutes, was in and out of there in probably 30 minutes. You wait in your car the whole time, which was ideal for me and my toddler. Prices were fair and explained to me thoroughly. Will definitely be back.
Amazing, they helped me and I didn't feel like I was cheated in any way. Leonardo and Rhonny were the names of the young men who helped us. They went above and beyond. I had the worst experience with Valvoline and came here and they fixed all my problems right away.

This is a pretty easy process. It's all dependent on how busy it is and that's just a gamble. It was full when I got there so I sat there for maybe 30-40m in total. Nicest people ever!! I love going to this place rather than my dealership. These guys do a thorough job with inspecting your vehicle. Also a very positive environment. Love that they offer Mobile 1 synthetic oil. They also carry wiper blades if you need those replaced.
I'm actually surprised by the level of service I got here. First of all, these guys have been trained like Chick-Fil-A employees; they were overly nice and professional. They spoke with so much respect and I was delighted to be there. Second, they actually had my oil and oil filter in stock (Valvoline and Jiffy Lube didn't carry it because my car is a newer BMW). Waddup! Cory and his team were fantastic. They provided excellent service even through a mid rush of customers. I arrived 20 minutes after opening and the team was servicing one vehicle, starting another and completed servicing 3 more vehicles afterwards from sedans to pick-up trucks. I've been a customer of OilStop for 5 years in the SF Bay Area. I've always had a great experience and I've recommended this place to many people. Even when I moved to SoCal, I would keep going to the one in the San Jose because I knew the staff there and felt comfortable. They mentioned that now that I'm in SoCal, I should check their locations down there, but I was a little nervous.
