Shannon Jarvis and staff have been nothing but amazing. Dr Shannon took such good care of my lovey, Balto. When I was ready to adopt another dog, I contacted Shannon and she welcomed my new addition to my family. She has an amazing ability to connect with animals. I can't imagine going to another vet!

Can't say enough about Old Town Vet! We are thankful for the honest and trustworthy advice that Dr. Jarvis has given us through the years. When our first dog was ill, we sought her advice as a second opinion and appreciated her honesty and referral to a specialist. She was super supportive when it was time to let that dog finally go, which is never an easy decision. Now that we have a new furry friend, we still think she's the best! Oldtown takes amazing care of our two cats and two dogs. I’ve never had a vet as responsive and thorough as Dr Jarvis. And the entire staff treats our creatures like family. So much so that our big 3 year old mutt who’s been going there since he was a puppy actually LOVES going to the vet - something I’ve never seen in a lifetime of pets.

I've had pets all of my life and have never experienced such an amazing vet. My family and I feel so lucky to have such a caring, competent and responsive veterinary hospital in our neighborhood. We have cats and we have dogs and this practice has never failed to make us feel like our pets are the center of the universe. As a customer for many years, I have never been disappointed with the care my pets have recieved from the knowledgeable veterinarians. The staff is so friendly and helpful as well! Dr. Jarvis has been our vet for over 14 years and I would follow her just about anywhere I could!

I started going to Oldtown a few months ago when one of my newly adopted cats became ill. Unfortunately, I had to let her go when it was confirmed that she had FIP. Due to the raw compassion of Dr. Redder, I decided to make Oldtown my new vet. A short while later, my dog became very ill and was seen and treated by Dr. Gates.
