RecommendedWe are new residents, and Dr. Gates and the entire practice were highly recommended to us. Dr. Gates immediately picked up on a tumor on my senior beagle that several other vets had said was "just a fatty tumor, no worries." They were wrong, she was right (fortunately, the results were benign). I am so grateful for the professional skills and the kindness that Dr. Gates and Courtney have shown us, and I highly recommend Oldtown.

The staff and doctors are the best. in my 30+ years of having dogs, I have never met such great folks who truly care about their patients. a special shout out to Dr. Gates. Thanks for the care and love during Harley's cancer treatment. He is in remission.😂
love the doctors. very cleanand helpful employees. but the groomers I will never use again. very unsatisfied with that part of the establishment. shaved my shtzus to no hair at all. when i called. it was a misunderstanding. there is no misunderstand with their type of hair cuts. hair off of their base of their tails. it's awful. both my dogs shook for 2 days. theywon't ever get groomed there again

We greatly apologize for your unhappiness with the hair cuts. The reason I said "misunderstanding" was because maybe the "puppy cut" look differs with other groomers. We all thoroughly enjoyed spending time with your sweet babies and I hope going forward we can better accommodate you and Sassy and Maggie Mae's needs as they were a pleasure to work with. Since it was their first visit we would love to reassess your wants for their hair, especially since the matting is gone now :)
