Caring & Friendly People We drive across town just because they provide great services!!
I’ve brought all my pets here over the years. I moved and it wasn’t always convenient. If it’s something other than the dogs yearly exams I take them to Old Town!
This group is the best from top to bottom. They take the time to make sure you know exactly what is going on and what is best for your pet.
Love Dr. Jarvis, her staff and colleagues. Always the best care for our cats and dogs, remembers our issues and preferences, and helps manage the schedule for our growing zoo. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
Four years ago we moved to WS and decided to try Oldtown Vet for our fur babies. We met Dr. Shannon Jarvis on one of those visits and she quickly become our go to doctor. She and her team have been by our side through a lot of ups and downs over the last four years and we couldn't have asked for a better partner in taking care of our animals. We've recently lost two of our dogs to kidney disease in less than two months, and she worked hand and hand with us to do everything we could to save them. The entire team at Oldtown Ve... read more
Shannon Jarvis and staff have been nothing but amazing. Dr Shannon took such good care of my lovey, Balto. When I was ready to adopt another dog, I contacted Shannon and she welcomed my new addition to my family. She has an amazing ability to connect with animals. I can't imagine going to another vet!
Can't say enough about Old Town Vet! We are thankful for the honest and trustworthy advice that Dr. Jarvis has given us through the years. When our first dog was ill, we sought her advice as a second opinion and appreciated her honesty and referral to a specialist. She was super supportive when it was time to let that dog finally go, which is never an easy decision. Now that we have a new furry friend, we still think she's the best! Additionally, the front desk receptionists are friendly and know our dog by name. Sherry has ... read more
Oldtown takes amazing care of our two cats and two dogs. I’ve never had a vet as responsive and thorough as Dr Jarvis. And the entire staff treats our creatures like family. So much so that our big 3 year old mutt who’s been going there since he was a puppy actually LOVES going to the vet - something I’ve never seen in a lifetime of pets.
Business response:
And we love to see Bob too! Thanks for your kind words
I've had pets all of my life and have never experienced such an amazing vet. My family and I feel so lucky to have such a caring, competent and responsive veterinary hospital in our neighborhood. We have cats and we have dogs and this practice has never failed to make us feel like our pets are the center of the universe. They work patiently with owners to explain injuries, ailments, treatments and costs so that we can make the best decisions for our family. We are especially grateful for Dr. Shannon Jarvis whose heart is too... read more
