Keith was friendly and fixed the problem but neglected to tell me that he had broken the lid on my printer when he moved it without closing the lid. He should have let me move it. I was nearby all the time.
On Time Professionals gave us a quote and that was what we paid, nothing extra. We were informed about whole home surge protectors and that was an option we choose. We wanted a ceiling light moved and we also had several electrical issues in our 15 year old home that needed repaired. Keith was able to complete the job in one day. Great job!
