Returned a hearing aid that failed to be repaired. The process was easy and was completed and returned as was scheduled. Very happy with the service.

This was my second set of hearing aids from Online Hearing. The experience has only gotten better since my first time. I got quick responses to inquiries and very professional advice, guidance and overall treatment.
My Phonak Audeo I 90 sphere hearing aids where 1,000 dollars less the the Signa IX hearing aids from a brick and mortar store. However, When I do a google search for Phonak Audeo I90 hearing aids. Online line hearing has them listed 2,595. I wonder why I found them cheaper than my purchase? The Phonak Audeo I90 Sphere hearing aids are excellent for my hearing problems.
I've been a onlinehearing.com customer for years. My purchase experience four years ago was easy, calm and precise. Their prices cannot be beat and their after purchase support with both adjustments and supplies is second to none - absolutely superb. I live in a relatively rural area and there are only a few audiologist options here. Onlinehearing.com is head and shoulders above all of them, even though they are virtual.

I ordered a replacement right ear piece for my M90. It came a few days later, but without any tool to change it out. Also, the desiccant that I ordered, and was promised to be included at no cost, was not included at all! I was able to change the ear piece out, and it works as expected. on another note, the green lights no longer work on either aid. I have been very happy with the Phonak hearing aids I purchased, and the price was $3000 less than my local hearing provider was asking for comparable hearing aids. I would have loved to give them a 5 star rating but the problem has been that the customer service has been less than exemplary. I have only ever spoken to one person named Carol the 5 or 6 times I have called, I am beginning to wonder if they have only 1 employee.
