My experience was great. Turned out to be easier than I thought.. I was already wearing aids and had some idea as what to expect. My first set was purchased at a local speech and hearing business. After my experience with Online Hearing I am sure that I will return when the time comes again.

Phonak Lumity 90 is my third set of hearing aids. For the first two, I went through local audiologists for tests, hearing aid recommendations, as well as purchase. Then recently I became aware of online purchase and fittings at very substantial saving in cost. At first I was apprehensive whether the online experience could replace direct office visits with an audiologist.
