Online Hearing was helpful and easy to work with to get the right hearing aid for me. It took the hearing aid company three attempts to get my c-shells correct but Online keep working to get me a good for.
I called for help and On Line Hearing delivered.. Simple as that.

From the very beginning, On-Line Hearing has been absolutely fantastic. From my initial contact where they literally saved me thousands of dollars over a quote from a renowned Hearing aide store to troubleshooting and repair, On-Line Hearing has exceeded expectations. The Phonak, I90 Sphere Hearing Aids arrived quickly and were properly programmed to my last audio-test. Customer support at Online has been great and all of my questions were answered. I'm awaiting my follow-up visit after about 2 weeks where I will be able to make customized programs myself. Absolutely no regrets. A good experience, as advertised.
