Timly response and good online service.
Online Hearing made sure the purchase of my Phonak hearing aids was a positive experience. They were patient with me. They took all of the stress & frustration out of the purchase process. I only hope & pray the Phonak hearing aids are a good fit for my severe hearing loss.
The phonak partner mic makes it seem as though my wife is right next to me whispering in my ear.

From the very beginning, On-Line Hearing has been absolutely fantastic. From my initial contact where they literally saved me thousands of dollars over a quote from a renowned Hearing aide store to troubleshooting and repair, On-Line Hearing has exceeded expectations. The Phonak, I90 Sphere Hearing Aids arrived quickly and were properly programmed to my last audio-test. Customer support at Online has been great and all of my questions were answered. I'm awaiting my follow-up visit after about 2 weeks where I will be able to make customized programs myself. Absolutely no regrets. A good experience, as advertised.
