Not only did online hearing provide me with the best price on one of the highest rated hearing aids on the market (Phonak Paradise P90R), they delivered the best service available. My buying experience was awesome. All my questions were answered and everyone I spoke with was very professional. I called for some service questions 3 days after receiving my new hearing aids and scheduled a call with a tech the next business day. That appointment was a better then ever going to see a physical person. They were able to perform a test on each device and tweak where needed in a very quick manner.
