I did a lot of research before choosing Online Hearing to buy my "real" hearing aids from. I say "real" because for years I had been buying and wearing over the counter aids that were less expensive but were actually just amplifiers. The old saying "You get what you pay for" turned out to be true at Online Hearing. My insurance company offers free hearing tests and "discounts" on hearing aids if purchased from that particular testing company. After researching many online hearing aid providers OnlineHearing was a standout to me, excellent product lines from multiple manufacturers. Excellent pricing as advertised and OnlineHearing maintains an excellent rating with the Better Business Bureau. I received the hearing aids set very close to my needs There after sale follow up has been satisfactory.
The support during decision making and pre-delivery was excellent. However the delivery of hearing aids lacked good specific orientation information that made getting started an anxious and stressful experience. E.g., no information on proper orientation in placing aids in charger, initial setting relative to audiogram, dome sizes included and selection and changing, placement in the ear, which app to download and pairing/use, heads up on first followup appointment, ...

I had a follow up call and video session today with an audiologist today to go over the features and to make some adjustments to the default volume level and to tone down the treble to be more natural, it seems to have worked well. Will have try for a while. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable about my Phonack lumity hearing aids. Very happy with the product support so far.
