I bought my Phonak hearing aids 3 yrs ago from them and besides being the best hearing aids I've experienced, the service after the sale has been superb! I've had quick responses to my calls and the latest experience with David assisting me in getting my new hearing aids set up and adjusted on My Phonak App and doing a hearing test went flawlessly. I've been 100% pleased with their product and after the sale service!
