I had a follow up call and video session today with an audiologist today to go over the features and to make some adjustments to the default volume level and to tone down the treble to be more natural, it seems to have worked well. Will have try for a while. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and knowledgeable about my Phonack lumity hearing aids. Very happy with the product support so far.
Quite friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people on all my interactions with Online Hearing. My hearing aids and accessories arrived quickly and in good working order. Would highly recommend them.

This is the first set of hearing aids and they work great. The 2nd day I was wearing them all day with no issues. The support staff is very helpful and make sure that you are doing well. Great product.
I’m one of those people that’s always worried that if I’m getting a good deal, I’m not getting the best Quality. My earring specialist had give me a price of almost $4800. with my insurance! I initially purchased a pair of rechargeable hearing aids that proved to be unsatisfactory. They were in the ear hearing aids but were rather visiblle. These were somewhat uncomfortable and inefficient. The technicians were most cooperative in trying to make the hearing aids more acceptable. I returned them for behind the ear hearing aids which were less visible and more efficient I am quite pleased with Online Hearing and there personnel.
My purchase from Online Hearing was a great experience. Placed my order and it was delivered in 7 days. I received a call to set up FaceTime with the hearing Tect specialist. Call was on time and adjustments made and my Phonak are working great. I highly recommend Online Hearing and the prices are great to.
lost on of my hearing aids. called and they were very helpful to replace it with a small co-pay. they were quick and helpful to get it paired with my other hearing aid. love working with them
Online hearing is great to work with. You get all the attention you would get in a hearing clinic establishment but at a much lower cost. They assess your needs as any audiologist would do, recommend the correction that you need based on the audiology report, make settings and adjustments to the aids……indeed all of the same attention, except you can get it online…..for less!!
