Excellent Broker and high-quality customer service. Jake Montag is not only smart and professional, but he takes care of clients as best he can and listens patiently always. He is often available to answer questions and provides support to you when needed. Also, Matt Zimberg has given me considerable assistance, advice and guidance. I am impressed by their dedication, diligence and professionalism as well as I am very thankful to all of you Jake, Matt, Marilyn, Victor and Optimus Futures.

Having a difficulty earlier with Rithmic to accept the terms and agreements, however Matt even reply email out of his business time which top customer service. Get the right instruction and guide from Jake Montag which is you will not get experience like this anywhere else.

I have been with Optimus Futures for over 10 years. The support have been excellent. All the staff are friendly and very helpful. I am being treated as a family rather than a customer.

Having had a trading account with Optimus for some time now, I continue to be impressed with the superior level of customer service received. At Optimus, you are known personally and your situation is assessed individually. From the ownership and management to tech support, there is a level of professionalism and expertise, that combined with tremendous service, leads to the kind of experience one would hope to have with a top notch brokerage. My experience with Optimus Futures is very positive. Matt Z. is proactive in reaching out to assure that customer needs are being met. All questions answered honestly. Conservative and realistic advice given. Matt Z. is the real deal. Office Manager, Marilyn competently takes care of the account set up details.

Office staff Marilyn was extremely knowledgeable and helpful during the process of opening my self-directed IRA futures trading account. That process was easy, thanks to her. Matt is an awesome conveyor of information to his trading clientele, including video and e-mail communications covering topics ranging from trading for beginners, to trading psychology, to money management and beyond. He does so with the clear intention of helping me to further my trading career. Jake helps with tech issues

I had gotten to the point where I believed customer service was a thing of the past especially when electronic trading came of age. That was until Rob Mitchell mentioned the company Optimus in one of his YouTube videos. After doing some research I contacted the company and met Matt, in the last 30 years I have never experienced this kind of customer service. The man and his company are genuinely concerned about their customers, I've opened an account with them and will be a lifelong customer.
