Dr. Distajo and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. The staff did very well with my cat's first vet exam visit and nail trim. She even received a free toy which was nice! She also received a full groom and haircut by Courtney who did a wonderful job. My cat looks super cute! I appreciate the follow up emails and app that they have and prompt and courteous customer service. Highly satisfied with this location and will definitely recommend!

I can't recommend Orchard Road Animal Hospital and Dr. Kennedy enough! We've taken our 3-year-old chocolate lab here since she was a puppy for anything and everything, including her spay. They did an impeccable job on her operation and she healed so quickly. Every time we go in, our sweet girl is so excited because Dr. Kennedy and her staff are just the sweetest to her AND to us! Where do I start. This place is amazing. The staff, the vet are just so welcoming and polite. I came here as I had left my previous vet after several bad experiences and boy am I glad I did come here. Let me just start by saying that my dog is a 2.5 year old, 116 lb Cane Corso. To many he is scary looking and very intimidating. He's not aggressive towards people and a very sweet dog. They were not intimated by hit at all. Wow! We recently switched to this vet. My two dogs have received wonderful care. They are all amazing from the front staff to the vet and groomers. They do not overcharge or run unnecessary tests. You can tell they love your pet as much as you do.

I've been taking my two cats to ORAH for over a year now and have loved them so far! We see Dr. Flieg and she is great with the cats. My first visit was with my first cat and she sat down with him and gave him so much love while I asked all the questions I had about being a new cat owner. Recently my cat needed some dental extractions and that was done by Dr. Huffman, he was very kind and went over the prices with us in detail, offered options to reduce costs but still help our cat, and called to keep us updated during the o... read more

I've been going here for years and I have nothing but good things to say. Everyone is truly caring and attentive to your concerns. They try to make my anxiety ridden cat comfortable (probably impossible!).

My dog Mika (Cane Corso) has been a client at Orchard Animal Hospital since she was a puppy. Now she is 8 1/2 years. She loves Dr. Kennedy and her staff. I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs.

When we first moved to Yorkville over 2 years ago, we needed a vet almost immediately. I wish I had known about this place first. We went to one very close to our house and it was a disappointment. But when our male cat was bleeding and urinating blood all over our house, we were able to get right in here. The vet was a very kind and attentive person.
