Dr. Huffman and his team were able to care for my cat that experienced a urinary blockage. They're very friendly, and genuinely care for your pets.
This was our first visit...... new puppy ...... current vet of 23 years too busy to see us.....Orchard Animal Hospital was more than accommodating to get Indy in for his first checkup. Social distancing...... park in numbered stall..... call in..... they come out to get you.... only one "puppy parent" may come in...... Dr. Kennedy and the staff was Wonderful! ORAH is very clean, the staff is super friendly, and their pricing is very reasonable. Dr. Distajo is seriously the best! She takes time to get to know your dog, asks questions, and takes her time to really do a thorough examination of your pet. She also makes it a good experience for your pet which is why my dog loves going to the vet. Dr. D was my childhood dogs' vet for 13 years, and when I brought my own dog to her she remembered my family & our dog. So personable, we love her! My daughters 17 year old chihuahua had an issue and have dealt with the aurora VCA. After calling the price to have the dog looked at was ridiculous so we ended up at orchard road Animal Hospital. Genuine, incredibly caring competent, professional Staff and vets that are loving and gentle. They take the time needed and then some. They follow up consistently Incredible place! If you love your pets, you'd take them here! You'll be so glad you did!!!!
Our family has been coming to Orchard Road Animal Hospital for around 14 years. We have had 3 dogs and our Cat cared for by the staff and doctors. I think we have been seen by all of the Vets at ORAH during this time. We are happy with and trust each of them. They are caring with our pets and us. They listen carefully to any concerns we have an patiently answer our questions. I don't know price wise how exactly they compare to other Vets, but I feel their prices are fair. Dr. Distajo is the most amazing vet I have ever had the pleasure to work with. She has guided us through putting our old cat down with love and grace, our first rescue dog who she has been taking care of for 12 years and our new rescue pup who has been high-maintenance to say the least.
