ORAH is by far the best vet I've ever dealt with. We have 3 dogs and all are extremely ski dish around new people. The techs and vet take the time to ensure the dogs don't have a negative experience. As far as doctors go, Dr. Kennedy is who we use and I'd refer anyone to her.

Finally I found a place that cares about my dog and answers my questions truthfully. I went here after going to VCA for the last 3 years. The Dr. asked me a bunch of questions like she actually cared about my dog. She even told me that the food I was giving her was horrible, recommending I stop feeding her that asap. I appreciate the honesty, as I have no idea what is good and bad. I figured my dog liked it so I liked it. She gave me a bunch of options to choose from, not pushing any certain brand. Do NOT book a grooming with Kim. My dog had to be completely shaved, yet I was still charged for scissoring and dematting. More frustrating was the lack of a courtesy call before completely shaving her BALD, which is standard practice with reputable groomers. I was dumbfounded to see my dog fully shaved without warning, and even more shocked by Kim's complete and utter dismissal when I called. This isnt an easy review for me to write, but because you love your pet as a member of the family, I encourage you to read on. We had been loyal patients here with both of our dogs and 5 cats for the past 6 years. I am well aware with any business, there are pros and cons. Unfortunately, our last interaction with them, which surrounded the death of our beloved cat of 15 years, wiped out any pro and was enough to never recommend them to anyone. Don't go here. Terrible. All they care about is money. If you take your pet in there just for a checkup or a grooming they'll recommend X-rays, blood work, urine sample, stool sample, anything and everything because to quote Dr Fliegl "they could have liver issues, kidney disease, heart problems, cancer....". And my response "I just wanted his nails trimmed". Ridiculous.

Thought they were pretty good until we decided to use their grooming service - WHAT A DISASTER! Our rescue dog was dropped off at 7:30am but we found out he was not groomed until 2pm. bring this time he refused to go into a kennel (this due to a previous abuse situation that has made him terrified of kennels - of which this information was given to the vet during our initial visit 2 years ago). The staff is super funny and friendly, they are helpful, they respond quick to your needs, they handle your animals with love and care as if it was their own. I've never had to wait long. The hospital itself is spotless, super clean. They have a decent sitting section, where there's coffee for free for you, and a small playroom for the kids. Dr. Cheryl D. Is a decent vet and really cares for the animals

Very disappointed in this place. Took my cat in for a hair cut under sedation. The cut was uneven, patchy, so close to the skin in certain areas, and in some spots the skin was cut. How do you screw up a hair cut when the cat is sedated? Simple thing to do, but couldn't do a good job of it. Not worth the money they charged. Looking elsewhere for services. Vets were knowledgeable however.

Due to all the construction on route 30 I was late getting my pet to his appointment. I called the hospital to explain I will be late and was told no problem by the receptionist. When arrived (approx 15 mins after the appointment time) I was turned away. Very disappointed.
