I don't even know where to begin I am so happy with the service at Orchard Road. First off when we came in the first time we were give a tour of everything from the OR to the boarding facilities. They have it all. It is super clean and the OR is state of the art. We take our dog here for everything from grooming, boarding, check ups and when she got sick. The groomer here is amazing. We started bringing our cats here soon after moving into the area back in 2003. Since then Dr.Flieg has been our primary veterinarian, but we have also been patients of Dr.Huffman and Dr.Distajo. All of them have consistently shown a great deal of professional skill and personal empathy and consideration for us and our beloved cats. I am so thankful for everyone at ORAH. They take such good care of my Bullseye and act like he is one of their own every time he is there. I am an obsessive pet parent and every time I bring something up, Dr. Hoffman doesn't give me a look, but he explains things to me. The sitting area in the front has sections which is nice to separate animal families and friends. Orchard has been nothing but accommodating to us and for our puppy. We recently moved from another vet to Orchard and I have yet to find a con of being with orchard. Nothing but pros, our first visit there our puppy got a free new toy for being with Orchard, We also receive emails of our next appointment. Our puppy has been boarded a few times at Orchard and we receive a card with what Our puppy did each day and who played with her. This place is outstanding! Dr Flieg and her staff are so effective, compassionate, and go that extra step to make sure you and your pet receive what you need. We also have used the boarding facility several times and they treat the pets as if they were their own. Kim is their groomer and truly performs magic with our dog. This place is great so far, I was able to make a same day appointment for the evening when I noticed that my doxie was walking a little weirdly. The assistant seemed a bit overwhelmed, he didn't ask much or say much to us, but Dr. Kennedy was great. She listened to what I was saying, was very compassionate and even got on her hands and knees to feed my dog. So far I am very happy with this place. I am writing this review after trying three other vets after moving out here. Very nice staff. Doctors spend plenty of time with you. They seemed to be as crazy about my pets as I am. I like the cat room and the fact tjatthey give you a tour of the place. Very friendly and seemed relatively cheap.

Been putting off writing this because it brings up painful feelings but this place is truly a God send. I had to say goodbye to my 18 year kitty this year and it was one of the hardest thing I've ever had to do. The doctors helped us give him the best few months we could and were very supportive during our last visit with him. What truly made this place exceptional was the follow up care for us humans.
