The service technician was wonderful. However, dealing with the branch office with regards to how they are billing me is a nightmare. I have been charged differing amounts each time and it is not clear (and I have asked someone for help and was referred to the portal which is NO HELP at all) what month(s) I am being charged for. They need to work on their customer service.
I am very Happy with the service provided. I called in and got an appointment within 2 days. The agent, Michael came and did a great job handling all the multiple bees at my door and removed the bees nest and cleaned the area. He also treated the perimeter before leaving. He lowered the price from the original invoice which I REALLY REALLY appreciated. I highly recommend Orkin and specially Michael for doing a great job! Thanks! Martine
Jonas has serviced our home for years and is EXCELLENT. He is thorough and always asks if I have any new issues to be looked at. I am very happy with Orkin's service.

I have been a customer of Orkin for many years. I never had problems getting a person to talk to but that is no longer the case. I had an appointment scheduled for yesterday with a window of 2:00 - 4:00. No one showed up. I started calling around 3:45 and left a few messages with a statement they would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I understand things happen but when I don't get a return courtesy call, that is a problem for me. Don't try to book them through Yelp. They just sent you to their own form that makes you put in your phone number and email address. And the form has no place for detail about your project and needs. Then they text and call you nonstop. To top it off, they don't communicate with each other. I got off their text list after I told them that I had already found someone for the project. Pathetic - They promise something, and dont live it up to that at all. Totally horribly service between what the service person promises and what is being done. Although the service technician Samuel was great.

We have bees in the walls. We called other pest control places and they could not come out for a few days. We called Orkin and they could come out the same day. However, what they don't tell you is that an "inspector" will be out to assess the issue. Your issue is not resolved that day. We had no idea. The inspector did not come out the same day. They gave us a window of 2 hours, no show, no call. I called 45 minutes after the 2 hour window and no one had any idea why there was a no show. She put me on hold to check ... read more
