Get directionsThe worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even after I cancelled, they continued to charge me. I spent more time on hold, than on getting my money refunded. USE ANYONE ELSE. There is something important to add - the technician was marvelous. Informative, kind and on time. The problem is with the office. If you have hours of free time, use at your own risk. I cannot get those hours back.

The sales associate sold services as $50 per month for monthly service. This wasn't correct. I am being charged $97 per service every other month. False advertising. I am not receiving monthly service and it is double the cost. Outrageous.
One word: Don't. We had, alas a bedbug issue. Called Orkin at Gaithersburg. Service agent came, did inspection, gave recommendation to do a limited area. We did all the hard prep work -- though their corporate written instructions were unclear on a key point. Then, agent calls us back to say his boss insists the whole house be done. So much for our prep work. Orkin did not respond to our complaint. We got tired of being jerked around, and so we went with another service.
Do not use orkin, I had an appointment scheduled yesterday between 10am and 12pm and no one showed up. I called the office at 1pm to see what's going on to get a message stating their office is closed on the weekends. Wasted my day waiting for this company, don't make the same mistake I did.

After canceling service, they continued to come to a vacated address, call to say they were there and I'd remind them the service was cancelled. Rinse and repeat for several months. Now they are trying to collect for services performed after we cancelled.
We've called twice to reschedule an appointment and never received a call back. When they were Western the service was great under Orkin it's been awful. Lousy customer service and will never use them again.
Save yourself time and money don't deal with this company. They make big promises but can't deliver. I don't know about pest control down to the science but... they definitely have collecting money down to the science.
We had a contract that was pre-paid by the previous homeowners. After 6 months, I cancelled the contract because the service was so terrible. Even for free, they were not worth it. The work was not thorough, and we repeatedly had to call them out for the same pests (mainly crickets and mice). The technician was not professional and could not answer basic questions (such as, "Is this harmful to pets?"). When I made my first appointment they didn't even show up in their appointed 2 hr window. The tech called 5 minutes after the appointed time saying he'd be late...and when I asked if when he'd be able to come he said 30 minutes. What's the point of a 2 hr window time if they can't even show up within those 2 hrs? Now this is my second time waiting...10-12 was my appointed window time. It's now 12:11...nothing.
