Completely useless and full of lies. As said below, they are NOT open 24 hours a day and do NOT visit you the same day you call, even if you call at 8am. They claim that if you still have pests in between visits, they will come out at no charge- but that is a lie. They charge you at least $99 every single time they stop by. I am confused why I had to pay for traps that are not catching a single thing and the next available appointment isn't for another 48 hours. Spare yourself and do not waste your time or money.

They are NOT open 24 hours. They have an answering service that will give your message to the office that opens at 6:00 am. Except the office isn't really open at 6:00 am, it's just another person who takes your message and will send it to the office when they REALLY open at 8:00 am. I ended up calling them several times. When the guy finally did come out he basically told me my house smelled like cockroaches (?) and tried to sell me a series of treatments.
