Before I closed on the house I set up an account and I was told over the phone cost would be $400 or so and there is no service transfer fee. After I set up the account they told me no it's $990. When I told them about the $400 they said no you called someone else. We asked before signing a contract what exactly was covered. i asked specifically would they not only get rid of mice but fix the problem that is allowing them in my house. She said yes to both. Then the technician came and showed us what WE needed to do...I said I thought he was suppose to do that. No real answer. The next day an inspector came from orkin. Literally the worst company ever. Completely unprofessional. We have had them servicing our home (preventative for bugs) for the past year but when it came to having them come out to actually remove a problem (ie: a huge wasps nest) they no-showed 5 times. And that's not an exaggeration. FIVE times. The first appointment, the women scheduling appointments did not relay the magnitude of the nest to the technician. The system of setting an appointment and showing up on that day has collapsed. Now I get a text saying, oh we need to change your appointment to this other day...it makes little sense. My bigger beef is with billing practices. Technicians used to leave a bill the day they worked at my house (appointments are on a quarter basis). They stopped doing that, without giving any reason. Completely avoid this company. Technician came to my house, moved my stove and placed rodent traps behind the stove. The stove was left in a position that prevented me from using the back door. A few days later, technician returned with help, removed the old traps and placed new ones. While moving the stove to its original position, the technician broke the stove. Horrible, horrible customer service. Missed my appointment two times! I called off work and wasted days staying home waiting for them to come. They never call you back. Never fixed my problem after multiple services (1 month), so I asked for my money back, which was dragged on for days with all the "I will call you back, he/she is not available". This company promised one thing on the phone and then when the technician showed up, he told me the opposite. They were very focused on getting my business, could care less about doing a good job or results. Save your money, you can put down traps and bait yourself.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even after I cancelled, they continued to charge me. I spent more time on hold, than on getting my money refunded. USE ANYONE ELSE. There is something important to add - the technician was marvelous. Informative, kind and on time. The problem is with the office. If you have hours of free time, use at your own risk. I cannot get those hours back.

The sales associate sold services as $50 per month for monthly service. This wasn't correct. I am being charged $97 per service every other month. False advertising. I am not receiving monthly service and it is double the cost. Outrageous.
