And Ricky came out to a service my property today. He listen to my concerns in nature that he took care of the problems both from the inside and the outside. I previously used Western and I've never had received the level of service that I have so far from Orkin.

Elijah Pipkin #744-01 Serviced my home on 7/21/2023. He followed my directions to. the T. He rang the bell to let me know he was here, extremely important to me. He picked up the cat food bowls, and water towers before he sprayed, and then let me know when he was done. He was very pleasant, and thorough.

we had ant problem, the first treatment from Orkin made no difference but then they sent Patrick. He is very knowledgable and it was so refreshing to see how much pride he takes in quility of his work. The ants were mostly gone after his first visit. He checked back after each visit and treated inside and outside the house every week to make sure the problem is solved. Thank you Patrick and Orkin!

We were unhappy with our previous pest control company, so we called Orkin on O'Toole Ave in San Jose. A representative came to our house to discuss our needs (with no charge), then scheduled someone to come out the next day. Mark McDonald arrived on time, discussed the specifics of where the problems were, and then set out to take care of them. He did everything we asked for. This review is for Ron of Orkin from department 437. We had a very bad issue with millipedes at our apartments and Ron went above and beyond in finding a solution. Millipedes are very resilient and difficult to control, after implementing the tried and true methods and only getting minor results, Ron found a different way to treat our specific issues. I contacted orkin for a termite inspection. I went with their advice for $1,600.00 spot spraying, unfortunately the termites were back in weeks, like nothing happened. Orkin came out to spray the outside of my house, that day it was drizzling, the Orkin tech told me , drizzle helps the poison absorb in the ground better, that spaying in the drizzle was ok. They got rid of the ants. I will give them that. But they misinformed me about the costs. They said it was one fee for 6 visits in a year. But no, after the payment of 416 USD. And suddenly 1 visit later I get an additional bill for 64 USD, and then another one for 129USD all within the space of 3 months. So 193 USD extra. When I called no one could tell me why but also no one so far, 2 months later has been able to let me cancel my contract.
