Spent 15 minutes setting up an account with the call center and scheduling a time for today, as well as providing my credit card info, only for the local office to call me and tell me they are booked up through next week. So, like, why did your call center tell me otherwise? Won't use again.

Orkin bought the previous pest control company we went with for 15 years (SOS Pest Control). Night and day difference. They harass the HELL out of you if you're behind by even a SINGLE payment. They call me while I'm at work to tell me I'm late with my bill. Who does that?! I've told them REPEATEDLY to not call me with billing stuff. They're more than welcome to email me. But they continually do it. They don't spend adequate time spraying either. We now have an ant and cockroach issue going on. Thanks Orkin. I pay you... read more

i would give them zero stars if i can! they're not responsible or reliable!!! if you can find a different company to do your service then that will save you time. this company does not care about your health and safety. they will give you a time frame ex: 8-12 and will not come after 1 hour or 2 from your original schedule.

Things were good...until they weren't. We've been with Orkin for a while, and initially they were good about coming out on our scheduled day, our regular tech showed up on time every time, and then one day he kinda just stopped showing up, which sucked, because we liked him and had established a good working relationship with him. He'd call us if he was running behind or if he couldn't make it on the scheduled day. I have used Orkin for many years and their customer service has gone downhill, especially at the management level. Phone calls are not returned. They overcharge and misrepresent services, rat control in particular.

This team do not take pest control serious. If your looking for service DO NOT CALL THEM! If you want some one to call you back DO NOT CALL THEM. Billing is even worse they don't send monthly bills until you call and remind them. Basically your their accountant for free. So if you want to live with pest as roommates call orkin they can hook you up!

Most unprofessional firm. I waited for two hours and the technician Javier never showed. I called in to check and was told that the appointment was not set up correctly. I again waited for two hours during the next scheduled timeframe. Javier never showed up again. I called and was told that he would call me with an ETA. Waited for another hour, called again. He has not showed up and still no call. Overall I have wasted five hours of my time. The company has no respect for time, is thoroughly unprofessional.

Do not use Orkin San Jose. I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up. I was a customer for 11 years, since 2008. They double charged me multiple times. The last straw was when I was charged for service that they did not perform. They never showed up for the inspection. I called and rescheduled and they did not showed up again. rarely get a live person on phonecall. Service scheduled days away...extremely inconvenient. no text or call prior tto arrival...ETA? especially dueing Covid? Most of their methods have not worked for a month now. not very thorough followup. dont even carry enough basic supplies lik wire? bait traps etc. Could not get through even to change appointment timing a s something came up for us. ONLY one number to call for anything...which is a recording! All in all, not confidence inspiring.
