Do not use Orkin San Jose. I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up. I was a customer for 11 years, since 2008. They double charged me multiple times. The last straw was when I was charged for service that they did not perform. They never showed up for the inspection. I called and rescheduled and they did not showed up again. rarely get a live person on phonecall. Service scheduled days away...extremely inconvenient. no text or call prior tto arrival...ETA? especially dueing Covid? Most of their methods have not worked for a month now. not very thorough followup. dont even carry enough basic supplies lik wire? bait traps etc. Could not get through even to change appointment timing a s something came up for us. ONLY one number to call for anything...which is a recording! All in all, not confidence inspiring.

I called Corp on Thur and confirmed our standing appointment every third Saturday of the month between 10-12noon for an apartment complex. I also asked for the name and number of the technician but they told me they did not have that information. Sat 12 noon- no show or call from Orkin. I start calling Orkin main number 866 944 4012 to let them know that we had an appointment today and the technician has not arrived and to see if the tech was at least on his way (running late). We were having an emergency pest control situation - we scheduled an appointment with Orkin and they never showed up - making our problem 10 times worse!!!!!
