I had a great experience working with Michelle on the sell of my home she was there at every step of the sell. She also went to bat for me to get me a better price that I could sell to them.
My personal experience with Osborne Homes has been smooth, transparent and they have been great to work with! I’m unsure what these other negative reviews could be about. Everything they told me they would do was followed through on. I’ve spoken with Kathy a couple times. The conversations have always been professional. I have only positive feedback about this company & it's employees/representatives. If I were to choose a few words to describe my experience, I would say PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, KIND, NOT pushy in any way, shape or form. So far, I'm very pleased with Osborne Homes.
I would not recommend this company. Better to just put it on the open market in their own words we are not a real estate agency. Very Low offer for very nice property. Please avoid using Osborne !
In my opinion, this company’s treatment of elderly individuals raises serious concerns. Based on our family’s experience, they made frequent and persistent calls to my elderly relative, creating pressure to sell their home for what we felt was far below market value. Additionally, they used a sales agreement that, as we understood it, allowed them to sell the house while it was still in escrow. I would encourage others to carefully review any agreements and seek legal advice before engaging with this company
