She is also a very king and ethical personh, the kind that makes a good friend.i highly reccomend you talk to her if you are trying to decide how to sell your house. She will be honest, even if s he​ doesn't get your business.

I worked with Michelle at Osborne, and she was incredibly kind and took the time to really listen to what I needed. I was selling my house in Hemet, which was in very good condition, not a distressed property like many people assume companies like this only purchase. Michelle clearly explained that while they don't pay full market value, they cover all fees and closing costs, which made sense for my situation.
