Osborne homes made selling my mom's house so easy. They handled everything from the escrow company to clearing out anything we left in the house. The people working for Osborne homes were responsible, reliable, and easy to get a hold of at any time. Lindsey in particular was great. She handled everything for us. I would recommend Osborne homes to anyone that wants an easy way of selling their home.

Our contact person was Kandace. If everything was said and done we went a different direction and decided to go with the traditional sales because it made sense to us afterwards. But in that short space of time that we talked to Candice and then change their mind I can say that she was on the ball. She was very thorough and asking exactly what it is we wanted from our situation but we hope for and what we are willing to compromise with. I usually don't leave reviews, but I thought it was necessary to leave a review of my recent experience with Osborne Homes. We had a collection of these postcards they'd send out and we finally decided to call and just find out what they'd offer since we knew we needed to get out of CA in a timely manner. Kandace took our first call and we must have talked her ear off, but she helped us so much. So we sold our house to this company. Lindsey was wonderful and helped guide us through the whole process, and was always responsive when we contacted her with any questions or concerns. I only gave it a 4 because those who were supposed to pass on information like how to get the keys to them never passed on that information, I had to call Lindsey to find that information for me.

Everything was smooth and efficient. Please realize if your a seller that you will be selling for less than ideal but it is without headache and very easy.
