Our transaction with Osborne Homes was sterling. I never got a recording when calling for information or updates on the transaction. I always got a knowledgeable, understandable, and pleasant person. The transparency and understanding of our situation was a priority. Everything went just as we were informed and frequently updated on progress. Everything you would want with a property transaction. I have to admit I was unsure of this company at first. But Lindsey was very patient with me as I was undecided whether or not to sell my rental. Lindsey called me with no pressure and would check in with me occasionally to see if I was ready to sell. When I decided I was ready, she gave me an offer on my rental that I was very pleased with! Lindsay and staff did the most professional job buying my home in a difficult time of my life. Lindsay was caring responsive always called when you called always followed up. Of the five homes I've bought and sold this is by far the easiest and absolutely fair deal. They kept their word in a very in a difficult day in age we live in. I contacted Osborne Homes because we were concerned our house would not sell in time to get the money into the house we were purchasing. They were upfront told me what the fees were going to be and gave me an estimate right away. They were always available whenever i called just amazing! We ended up selling the house on our own but it was great to have a backup plan with them just in case. They were happy for us eve though we didn't do business with them. They are juat all around good people!
