The receptionist [name removed] is always very friendly and [name removed] the manager and the secretary are always very helpful when I have any questions. The food is good and the facility is clean. It is definitely a home away from your own home The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.
My father has been there for 2 months. He seems to like it there. The staff have been good at responding to his needs in a timely manner. The food is good there. The other residents tell us how much they enjoy the facility. The facility is clean and well maintained. The price is much better than the other 5 places we looked at. We were given two separate tours and all our questions were answered. Transportation does not totally meet his needs. My dad was at Pacifica for almost 6 months and had a great experience. He has since moved out. During his stay there, they were very patient and accommodating with his needs.
Nice rooms, amenities and grounds; friendly staff. I would recommend.
The staff is friendly and helpful from the sales staff to the care givers. Our sales director, [name removed], went above and beyond to get us into a room as soon as possible. Skilled and affable staff. Pretty good time response for request for assistance. Communication between departments or tasks could be better I suppose as in most institutions. Otherwise, I give Pacifica of b+ to a-.
Pacifica treated my mom very well in the few short months she lived there. It is a very nice facility.
My loved one is a resident at Pacifica Senior Living Fresno. The staff is AMAZING! However, it's the new owners that are failing. The carpets are nasty and should be replaced like we were told at the time of our sign up. Their staff is way over worked. The new owners don't treat them very well and staff are leaving and they aren't hiring more people to replace them. The food quality and portion sizes are going down hill FAST! Overall, nice. Meals lacking. Too much grease, Hispanic food, cockroaches (saw 1 in kitchen area.) Maintenance poor, housekeeping weak (lackluster). Overall, appears they are trying to save money such that it compromises residents needs/comforts. Staff good with few exceptions. Lots of residential complaints. I am comfortable for cost.
