Verified Renter The outside and the grounds are kept well. Even the pool at the office is in good condition. That unfortunately, belies the 40 year old buildings we as tenants have to live in, which are facing deterioration problems every week, if not more often. The plumbing is a huge issue and has flooded the ground floor of several of the buildings and should be redone. The gutters are falling apart, with pieces coming down from the sides of the building. Verified Renter I regret living at Park Butterfield. For 3 years I lived here and all they seemed to care about was how much money they were putting in their pocket. The safety and satisfaction of the residents came last. There have been absolutely no updates regarding Covid in the complex. Anyone who was affected by Covid was not provided any sort of rent relief or assistance. Money first, Residents last. That should be their motto.

Verified Renter The worst place I have ever lived at they are so incompetent the turnover of the staff is ridiculous they have no idea what theyre talking about or whats going on theyre incredibly rude and they are ripping everyone off on their water bill and gas bill and they have no idea why because apparently you should talk to the gas company but the gas company says you should talk to TLC management company so basically whatever theyre doing is not right and do not move here the walls are paper thin they have no idea wh... read more

Rent are expensive initial. Rents are too expensive when it comes renewal I am currently resident and i am paying rent $100 more that market price and my apartment came for renewal and now they increased price and they are asking for to pay $160 more for renewal.
Terrible place to live I have lived here for three years and there is so much going on that it is crazy. Kids running all over the place, noone puts garbage in the dumpster. already had two managers and they sit in the office and talk all day. I mind my own business while they allow people to do whatever they want Rent is so high that people are leaving or not paying. Apartments are falling apart. Cheap vinyl floors coming up, carpet coming up, wall cracks everywhere. I definitely wouldn't reccomend this place!
