Verified Renter I am staying at Parkbutter fields apartment for more then 4.5 years. It is a good locality however maintenance staff is not professional.

Verified Renter Yes in the winter on a bad day where theres been a storm the night before they need to make sure salt is applied at every building because Ive had several slip and falls and its not a good feeling

Verified Renter Not recommended. I like the spacious house but all the appliances are too old and management is not very responsive when coming to dealing with maintenance requests.

Verified Renter The outside and the grounds are kept well. Even the pool at the office is in good condition. That unfortunately, belies the 40 year old buildings we as tenants have to live in, which are facing deterioration problems every week, if not more often. The plumbing is a huge issue and has flooded the ground floor of several of the buildings and should be redone. The gutters are falling apart, with pieces coming down from the sides of the building. Verified Renter I regret living at Park Butterfield. For 3 years I lived here and all they seemed to care about was how much money they were putting in their pocket. The safety and satisfaction of the residents came last. There have been absolutely no updates regarding Covid in the complex. Anyone who was affected by Covid was not provided any sort of rent relief or assistance. Money first, Residents last. That should be their motto.
