Verified Renter The apartments are okay, but you will have to take your laundry somewhere else. Two out of four washers have been broken for over 2 months. That leaves only 2 working washers for the whole building.

Verified Renter Landscaping is never done. The door to even get into the building has been broken for about a year (single pane got done but not the double it’s suppose to have), no clean up done afterward and glass is still shattered & between sidewalk cracks. The hallways are never cleaned, and the basement hallway has flooded a couple times leading to moldy smells. The washers are constantly out of order with only 1 or 2 working properly. And now mold has formed on my bathroom ceiling.
Verified Renter The apartment community is perfectly located and the environment is beautiful. I just recently moved in and I was not pleased to note the number of maintenance issues in my apartment.

Better than before but still not good Some improvements here but still an underlying apathy shown by the front office towards concerns such as lack of recycling and basic maintenance. You’re probably better off elsewhere.
Gross!! This apartment complex advertises itself as luxurious living, but compared too others in the area that is completely innaccurate. Like many other reviews the hallways are ripped up there are stains everywhere. It needs rennovations and maintenance does absolutely nothing. They act like they care when you talk in person but they never fix anything. Don't live here.

Not a Great Start This apartment complex has let me down countless times already. First, the move in process was insanely disorganized with people saying different things. People were very rude however I will say Paul was the nicest. I came several days after my planned move in and the room was not even ready? Several problems with the apartment and they keep saying that maintenance has "fixed" them, but my camera has shown no one has even entered my apartment and there is no sign of anything changed.

Avoid In the last 3 years this complex has suffered greatly and continues to disappoint. My hallway outside of my apartment has been tore up for two months now and my heat doesn’t work properly. If you can find any other place to live I would highly advise you doing so.

Verified Renter It didn’t start very well. I was supposed to get my keys on 12/12 but my apartment wasn’t ready. My mom came back the next day and the place was dirty
