Madison Park Butterfield I have been in these apartments for about 1.5 years. It's a good place to be in. The maintenance staff is very responsive and will fix the problems immediately. I would recommend this apartment.

Verified Renter Absolutely terrible management! Maintenance requests are completely ignored, and it feels like no one cares at all. You have to chase them endlessly, pushing again and again just to get any kind of response. It’s beyond frustrating. This is definitely not a place I would recommend living in!

Verified Renter Experience sucks. No heat for three years. Hallway carpet needs repacing. Potholes in parking lot. Broken rain gutter on building. Broken lock on back door.

Verified Renter The apartments are okay, but you will have to take your laundry somewhere else. Two out of four washers have been broken for over 2 months. That leaves only 2 working washers for the whole building.

Verified Renter Landscaping is never done. The door to even get into the building has been broken for about a year (single pane got done but not the double it’s suppose to have), no clean up done afterward and glass is still shattered & between sidewalk cracks. The hallways are never cleaned, and the basement hallway has flooded a couple times leading to moldy smells. The washers are constantly out of order with only 1 or 2 working properly. And now mold has formed on my bathroom ceiling.
