Verified Renter Beautiful society, cleans apartments, our apartment had new carpet.. kitchen is little small, but can easily be managed.. maintenance team is good, friendly and on time.

Madison Park Butterfield Pros: 1) Excellent Front office and Maintenance folks - They work 24/7 in case of any emergency 2) This location is good for nearby shopping malls and nearby office locations in vernon hills/lincolnshire Cons: 1) The apartment is not well planned. Bathroom's are spacious where as kitchen is small 2) No camera's in the apartment, making it a little insecure
Madison Park Butterfield I have been in these apartments for about 1.5 years. It's a good place to be in. The maintenance staff is very responsive and will fix the problems immediately. I would recommend this apartment.
Lots of littering For what the price is, it’s fine. There’s constantly trash outside the front of our building so clearly people love to litter around here. Today we found empty jello cups and snack wrapper beneath our stairs. The garden units and hallway has a very strong moldy/musty odor. Another resident explained these units tend to flood so clearly there’s unaddressed water damage that is causing mold.
