Madison Park Butterfield Pros: 1) Excellent Front office and Maintenance folks - They work 24/7 in case of any emergency 2) This location is good for nearby shopping malls and nearby office locations in vernon hills/lincolnshire Cons: 1) The apartment is not well planned. Bathroom's are spacious where as kitchen is small 2) No camera's in the apartment, making it a little insecure

Madison Park Butterfield I have been in these apartments for about 1.5 years. It's a good place to be in. The maintenance staff is very responsive and will fix the problems immediately. I would recommend this apartment.

horrible Don’t move in here… they never fix problems at units

Verified Renter Absolutely terrible management! Maintenance requests are completely ignored, and it feels like no one cares at all. You have to chase them endlessly, pushing again and again just to get any kind of response. It’s beyond frustrating. This is definitely not a place I would recommend living in!

Verified Renter Ensure you take a note of everything, and put all the verbal assurances in email, and capture them in contract; else, you've to suffer like how am going thru.

Verified Renter I enjoy living at park butterfield apartments but I believe improvements can be made to the building and the apartments.

Verified Renter Experience sucks. No heat for three years. Hallway carpet needs repacing. Potholes in parking lot. Broken rain gutter on building. Broken lock on back door.
