The move in was great. I really appreciate the upscale aesthetics of the apartment. The balcony gives it that extra kick. My family loves it as well. I believe I will enjoy being here the next 3 years.

Took a minute for all parties involved to get in the same page but I’m very happy with my apartment. First night was a little “noisy” from the ppl upstairs but I hope it’s not a regular occurrence.

I can say top tier luxury staff, Ms Shawn a joy to work with. On my 7th month I can admit ive enjoyed every month. I work across the street what a perk to have. I would recommend PPL to anyone. Great job!

Leanna was so helpful with helping me navigate the move in process. I just wish they had a covered parking spot and storage available, but I was notified of this before hand and still chose this building because I liked the location.
