First, the training. It was good in terms of the interaction with the training agents. They were informative about the processes.
In terms of the site, and some of the information I received regarding updating my website during joining and training was a little misleading or not as they explained. I was told that support would take care of the administrative part of the website...adding listings, updating events, etc., but when I contacted support, I got back a response that included instructions on how to do what I was requesting. My response to that was to reply, as I am explaining now, that I was told support would handle these things. I have since, done some of what I have asked support to do, but I found this to be a little troubling, upsetting, disappointing. I am also disappointed with the neighborhood descriptions as they are all the same. I am working on those now and will contact support to see how and if the neighborhood descriptions can be different or if there is a way to change the Title of my page to reflect the description that shows up on each neighborhood page.
As far as the coaching sessions, I haven''t had my first coaching session yet. That happens later today. We'll see how that goes.
I understand that there is always a learning curve when doing something new and I'm still excited about the potential of having this Parkbench relationship. Only time will tell.
