RecommendedI wanted to leave some positive feedback for one of the maintenance workers who completed a recent work order for me. The tech Josh came by to double-check that the correct parts for my oven were in stock in the warehouse. He wore a mask and gloves at all times. He was very thorough, taking pictures of the oven seal and the knob and also of the serial number for the oven to ensure he had the correct parts. We started proactively with The Parks about 6 months out and the waiting list worked out (as well and Deirdre diving into each neighborhood option) where we got the keys to a house in less than a week from arriving! RecommendedWe love living at the Parks of Monterey Bay. Nowhere in this area will you get such a specious home in that price range. We even have ocean view! We love the wildlife and our quiet neighborhood. We never had an issue with management, they always responded right away and showed up almost immediately to assist us. Love that they are dogfriendly. Love their playgrounds literally all over. Would definitely recommend.
